Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
All orders placed before Midday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after Midday will be dispatched the next working day, depending on delivery methods used.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce tracked delivery, you can track your order once we have sent you a tracking number.
Our flat rate shipping costs are as follows:-
UK deliveries standard shipping £3.99 (free for orders over £35)
UK deliveries express shipping £4.99
For large/heavier packages the shipping charges will be a little higher
International deliveries have a flat rate of £12.99
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address including full postal code. Unfortunately, we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout.
Please contact us in writing at . Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by Royal Mail delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment. We always advise recorded delivery as we are not responsible for items going missing in the post. Please note Mini Moon Doll can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
Please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER (if possible). Please note any returns without NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed.
Please note items purchased in the sale cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault this does not affect your consumer rights
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately via our contact form with your order details. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
